    Red Sox 3, Skanks 10:
Way Beyond the Eve of Destruction

Posted by Christine E. at 1:35 pm in Baseball,Random Thoughts,Red Sox Comment (1)

I don’t even know what to say, and I am rapidly reaching the point where I cannot even stand to WATCH them play anymore.  And when that happens, it’s time for a Haiku:

    This is crazy bad

Line up at the Tobin Bridge

    These Red Sox are DONE.

And, as if it’s not bad enough, this afternoon’s game in on Fox–where you KNOW they will go on and on and on about the Sox and their oh-so-awful downward spiral into complete oblivion.

Honestly, we thought that the epic collapse of last September was bad? This is what it feels like when it lasts a WHOLE SEASON…

Coming up: Jon Lester takes the mound in Game 2, and will try to do better than his last outing, where he gave up 11 runs. He is opposed by CC Sabathia. 1st pitch 4:05pm.

Holy Hell, I never thought I would EVER THINK this, let alone think it about Jon Lester, but can I respectfully request a reverse lock?
