Hey Mitch: Thanks for your comments–I don’t think Papelbon has looked good all year, so I haven’t really noticed any more drop off since the All-star break–and I think both Dawson and Blyleven deserve the call–but I am not entirely sure it will happen…

I can’t believe Andre Dawson hasn’t been picked yet; that one just stuns me. Tony Oliva also stuns me. As for the rest of them,… well, hard to say “great” for any of them.

And what’s up with Papelbon recently? He hasn’t looked good since the All Star game. He looks like he’s lost his confidence.
