Hopefully 11 by the end of the week: I've never felt as good about this team, not even in '04. Theo has done a great job putting this group together. And while I always want to see Manny in the lineup, if I'm not mistaken, he's played the most games of any position player we have, including both games of the day/night Friday. A healthy and happy Manny is a productive Manny, and you can't argue with what he's done since the All Star Break. I catch myself questioning Tito at times, then realize that I'm some schlub and he's managed a World Series winner. It's at that point I come to the realization that maybe he knows more than I give him credit for. Besides, we didn't need him anyway. I'd much rather have him for the next 3 games: I want bloodshed, havoc, and the MFY's fighting in the dugout the next 3 games. This is it: last August doing a .180: we put them out of thier misery over the next 3 days. I. Can't. Wait. 8 games Christine: 8 freaking games on 8-27-07.
