I like that Papelbon is the closer but I do worry about his shoulder. Hopefully he can figure out a way to train better or whatever so he is healthy all season.

Hi Christine: I was hoping to comment earlier. I was really pleased to see how well Matsuzaka pitched yesterday. Gonna be a fun show watching him pitch this season. And Wakefield and Papelbon pitched good today also from what I heard. I also heard it's official: Pap is the closer again. While this is very good news, I'm with you: Why all the drama? Hopefully, Crazy Julian can pick up where he left off at the end of last year. I don't see why he can't do it until Lester is ready or Clemens comes back. I'm torn on that one: I'd like to see him finish as a Red Sox player, but just worry the time in the NL will not be good for him. Different game played in the AL.

Sorry for the length: great post as usual.
