Ya know what, you're probably right--The Cardinals would have won ONE game. Because even it he was in perfect health, Carpenter couldn't pitch 'em all. I won't keep you any longer, as I am SURE you are horribly busy spreading vitriol on ALL the websites that have predicted and commented that the Tigers would win the World Series--which, with the exception of Cardinals fans, is pretty much THE WHOLE WORLD... We have been the under dog the whole time and we love it here in STL. We had a bad reg. season but we all knew how good this team really was when all heathy. The sox played a beat up cards team in 04 with no Carpenter on the mound...so you got lucky and finally won one and now your not even in the playoffs...so dont hate just because we have been one of the best teams in baseball sence 2000 and really right at the top over the last 100 years!! 17 time N.L.champs 10 time W.S. champs!!!
